  • Open ‘Printer troubleshooter’ in the other ‘Windows’ platform, click ‘Window + R’  key.
  • Type Control Panel in the open box. Hit the Ok button. 
  • Click troubleshoot to open the Control Panel applet. 
  • Hit ‘View All’ on the left window to open the troubleshooter lists. 
  • Right-click printer and choose ‘Run as Administrator’. 


Replace Low Ink Cartridges
