Check the internet or the router connection

Resolve Internet Connection

Go to the 'Adapter Properties' window, and find the 'Networking' tab. 
Now, click the 'Configure' option. 
Go to the 'Power Management' tab, and deselect the 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' checkbox. 
Hit the Ok button to confirm the modifications. 
Change the Network Sharing Settings 
In the 'Start' menu, right-click on your computer and go to the 'Properties' section. 
In the new window appearing, you need to find your computer name, 
workgroup settings, and domain. Click on the 'Change Settings' option. 
Find your Computer name tab and then click on the 'Change' option present under the 'Member Of' section. Choose 'Workgroup'. 
 If you like to join the existing workgroup, you need to enter the name 
in the field. Hit the Ok button. If you like to create a new workgroup, 
you can simply click on the option and enter the name for it. 
Override of Disable the Password Protected Sharing 
If you want to override it, you need to create the User Account for 
every system present in the workgroup. To disable the settings, you have
 to choose 'Network and Sharing Center'.  Find out the ''Sharing and 
Discovery". After this, expand the 'Password protected sharing. 
Select 'Turn off password protected sharing' and hit the 'Ok' button.
