·         Then, select the Port Settings tab.

·         Now, click on the option Use any interrupt assigned to the port.

·         After that, put the check in the box Enable legacy Plug and Play detection, and click on the OK button.

2.          Printer Status should be Online

3.          Reinstallation of Printer Driver

·         Now, select the name of your printer, and click on the Remove device option.

·         Confirm your choice for the removal of the device.

4.          Make sure the Printer Spooler Service is set to automatic

It is very important that printer spooler service is set to the automatic for the smooth working of the printer. So, if it is not set to automatic, then follow the steps given below in order to make it automatic.



·         In the Run dialog box of the Windows Explorer, type services.msc in the box.

·         Hit the Enter button on the keyboard, or click on the OK button.

·         From the services, select the name of Printer Spooler service.

·         Then, click on Properties.

·         In the Properties window, go to the General tab.

·         Now, change the Startup Type to the Automatic option, and click on the Apply button.

·         Then, restart your system to save the settings.

·         Try to take a printout to check the resolution of the issue.
